I often joke that if I wrote a self-help book, it would be called Just Show Up. That phrase sums up how I approach everything I do.
In 2022, a fellow Association Rep said, “You should put your name in for the Exec Board!” I had no idea what that really meant, but I knew it was another chance to show up for my union and my colleagues—so I did.
Since then, I’ve been proud to serve Sussex County and the members of DSEA, and I’m excited to keep showing up for you on the Executive Board.
